Mark Sullivan

CEO

Mark Sullivan has more than 20 years of experience building and scaling profitable companies. When Mark heard about ERC Specialists, he immediately saw the opportunity to help thousands of business owners recover from the pandemic, and he answered the call to lead our company as CEO.

Over the last 10 years, Mark has founded and launched 5 different companies that each hit $1m in sales in their first 12 months in business. During that time as a co-owner and acting CEO, he generated over $30m+ in revenue. As acting CEO for ERC Specialists, he’s had the opportunity to oversee over half a billion dollars of filed credits helping thousands of businesses access COVID-19 relief funds.

As the leader of ERC Specialists, Mark drives the company’s strong commitment to its mission of empowering growth, which includes the growth of our employees, customers, community relationships, and affiliates. He’s relentlessly committed to the cause of helping business owners and is working hard each day to make it a reality.

Mark has a passion for life, family, and creating solutions that help others. When Mark is not building world-class companies, you’ll find him on an ATV exploring the mountains of Utah, playing basketball with his four sons, or savoring the sweet life with his wife April.

Shane Sullivan

COO

Having held senior-level positions including VP of Operations, VP of HR & Customer Service, VP of Sales, President, COO, and CEO, Shane has a unique ability to develop, manage, and execute both high-level strategic plans and detailed tactical campaigns.

Shane lives his life by this motto: “Work Hard, Smart, and Inspired.” He and his wife Angie have three daughters and reside in Orem, Utah. When he’s not working, Shane enjoys baking cookies, taking road trips with his family, fishing, and mountain biking.

Justin Atkinson

Justin Atkinson has spent most of his professional career building and managing sales teams and pipelines, as well as targeting new product development within growth markets. Although Justin is passionate about the sales process, the true catalyst for his success was his affinity towards systems and processes that allowed him to continuously surpass his sales goals, while his personal efforts decreased. Justin has always had an entrepreneurial nature, which he has used to see his professional opportunities as his own business to create.

Justin is passionate about solving big problems with solutions that encourage empowerment. While he loves this endeavor his true passion is his family. He enjoys the challenges and joys of raising 4 children with his wife, Erin.

Josh Zieglowsky

Co-Founder/CBDO

Josh has been an entrepreneur for almost 20 years. His primary focus is investing in residential and commercial real estate. Josh’s key expertise includes asset and portfolio management, broker relations, investor and client relations, banking relations, economic and demographic trends, market analysis, due diligence oversight, financing oversight, acquisition and disposition strategies, transaction oversight and business development.

When Josh first learned about the ERC, he spoke to some CPAs and payroll firms but was unsuccessful in finding a solution for his company’s filings, so he took it upon himself to help other businesses receive this credit from the government. He took the approach of the book “Who not How” to hire top experts who specialize in this niche program. With his dream team in place, Josh now leads business development and marketing at ERC Specialists.

When Josh isn’t working, he’s spending time with his wife of 21 years, Taryn, and his four children. Josh grew up in Morgan, UT where he was a multi-sport athlete but his love was in basketball. Now, years later, he gives back by coaching local students to succeed both in sports and in life.

Rocky Crofts

General Counsel

As the ERC Specialists legal team leader, Rocky Crofts advises the company related to all legal matters, supervises compliance and risk management, and signs all documents necessary for our clients to receive the ERTC. Rocky graduated from Weber State University, holds law degrees from the University of Idaho and the University of Miami, and has been a proud member of the Utah State Bar since 2003. He’s owned his private practice since 2005, focusing on commercial and residential real estate law.

Rocky’s favorite thing about working at ERC Specialists is the extraordinary people he associates with daily. He loves building things and being part of a team full of remarkable men and women of intelligence and integrity. Rocky resides in Roy, Utah, with his wife Stacy, three sons, and two labs named Havoc and Storm. He's an avid hunter and fisherman who enjoys traveling to new places with his family.

Chandler Chavis

Vice President of Customer Service

A long career in strategic planning and real estate operations offers Chandler a broad perspective on U.S. small businesses, which he employs at ERC Specialists to serve our clients with humor and grace.

Chandler is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our Customer Service and Support Department. He says: “The most fulfilling part of my job is assisting small businesses that were negatively impacted by the coronavirus and to see the impact of the refund. One other aspect that fulfills my day is the family we have created at ERC Specialists and the unity we have within our company.”

Chandler is a proud member of the Lumbee Tribe in Pembroke, North Carolina, and he and his wife Jessica have four children. Chandler enjoys playing basketball, spending time with family, and real estate investing in his spare time.

Geri Bohn

Director of Fulfillment

Geri has over twenty years of payroll experience and has successfully worked with hundreds of businesses to accurately process their payroll. At ERC Specialists, Geri ensures all clients are receiving timely and personal service in a friendly can-do manner that creates long-lasting relationships.

She lives in Eagle Mountain with her husband Chris, and their three children. She is a mother of a special needs teenage son on the Autism spectrum, and that keeps her very involved in the Autism community. She loves boxing, camping, boating, Jeeping off-road, and spending lots of time outdoors. Her favorite quote is: "Blessed are the flexible, for they won't be bent out of shape."

Tyler Gregersen

Director of Operations

With over thirteen years of Sales experience, Tyler held Director-level roles at Byte, Mynt, and Clearlink in Los Angeles, Australia, Utah, and the Philippines before joining ERC Specialists. A record-breaking sales leader throughout his career, Tyler says “I enjoy being around the people I work with at ERC Specialists. I like being a part of a startup company that has huge potential and being able to contribute and see that growth. I enjoy being able to utilize my skills to scale the departments and fine-tune processes.”

Tyler comes from a family of competitive and professional dancers. He spent many years competing at a national level in Latin ballroom, and several of his siblings have been finalists in dance shows like So You Think You Can Dance and Dancing with the Stars. Tyler lives in Orem, Utah with his wife and two sons. He loves the outdoors and enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, hiking, kayaking, playing sports. His other hobbies include woodwork, welding and structural design, and he likes to stay fit.

A seasoned entrepreneur who owns a successful Utah company that produces outdoor events, Jenn Killian is a licensed Real Estate Agent who attended Brigham Young University. She joined the ERC Specialists team when our company first got started and continues to be a pivotal member of the team as we grow.

Jen is the hub of all things ERC Specialists, dedicated to supporting each department and ensuring that our CEO Mark Sullivan is up to date on everything happening in our fast-growing organization. Jenn says, “I love being around people! It’s exciting to learn different strengths from everyone and see how we can work together and create not only a positive environment here in the office but also a culture that reflects to our customers. We are helping small businesses find relief and being a business owner myself, I know this credit is helping in more ways than we know for these businesses.”
